Deciding to go local was the best decision we made when it came to choosing The Fireplace Shop in Waynesville, NC. We did gas logs then decided we didn't want them. We did gas fireplace stones and those didn't work for us either. We ended up with a wonderful insert that heats this whole house and we have had no trouble with it. The whole time we were trying out different options, the people at The Fireplace Shop worked with us and made sure we were happy with their services. They are the best.

Great experience! We had a leaky roof that still leaked after a full replacement and five subsequent visits from the roofer. One visit from Clean Sweep and a correct diagnosis was made, solution provided and now even during a heavy rain, no drips! Highly recommend!
